Rivermead Cottage is a holiday cottage nr Looe Cornwall. This traditional double fronted Cornish cottage set within the 17 acre Rivermead estate. The cottage combines wonderful traditional features -beams, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, original doors etc with the modern amenities we all welcome when we are on holiday. Guests are welcome to make full use of the beautiful grounds where you can find a peaceful spot for quiet relaxation, an open space for recreation or a good walk around the lake, along the river and through the woodland. Permits are available (at charge) for the salmon and trout fishing on the river and fly fishing is available on the lake. The South Cornish coast is easily accessed by car at Looe, Fowey, Polperro and Polkerris all in approximately 20 minutes as well as many other pretty seaside villages along this lovely coastline. Rivermead is a quality cottage in a wonderful setting which would be difficult to better.
Ground Floor to Main Entrance Hall: Sitting Room: Inglenook Fireplace with woodburning stove, TV, DVD and music system. Kitchen/Diner: Electric cooker, microwavem, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Use of adjacent communal laundry room.
Bedroom 3: Twin Beds. Bedroom leads through to a Shower Room: Shower, WC, Basin. Inner Hall between Bedroom 3 and Shower Room has stairs up to Bedroom 4:
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds ideal for children.
