Each year it is not possible for us to satisfy all of the demand we generate for holiday cottages and apartments in our lovely part of the country, this demand is a result of an extensive advertising & marketing programme via this web-site, our colour brochure, published travel guides and travel literature plus a large number of our loyal customers returning to their favourite holiday homes each year, hence we are continually looking to add quality properties from throughout Devon & Cornwall to our portfolio and at least try and satisfy the overall demand.

We will offer you a very flexible letting agreement which we will tailor to your own particular needs and circumstances, you choose which dates you would like to be available each year, you will also have full use of your property whenever you wish to visit and certainly without paying any fees or charges to us.
2. A very competitive commission rate up to 5% lower than some of our national and regional competitors ours is only 17.5% plus vat.
3. We also pay rentals in advance of client arrivals instead of after they have returned home, this all means a much larger share of the holiday rental paid direct into your nominated bank account and long before many other agencies would make arrangements to pay you!
