St Lawrence Holiday Cottage is a lovely traditional three bedroom terraced holiday cottage in the pleasant St Mary's area of the pretty fishing town of Brixham. The cottage has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a very good standard and yet still retains its original character. The cottage has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, redecoration and modernisation to provide a very comfortable holiday home for a family or couples looking to visit South Devon. From the modern kitchen there is a patio door straight out to a super decked area and enclosed garden which is ideal for al fresco dining or just sitting out and soaking up the sunshine. The cottage is ideally situated with local shops and pubs only a short walk away as well as a large park ideal for family picnics and leisure time. The town centre and colourful harbour side of Brixham with an even larger selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, pavement artists and starting points for boat trips along the South Devon coastline is a pleasant level walk of only approximately 15~20 minutes. The beaches and larger resort towns of Paignton and Torquay are also only a short drive or boat ride away. The cottage will comfortably sleep a family over the three floors with access to the top floor via some narrow stairs common in cottages of this period so please be aware with very small children. We are certain that many visitors will find St Lawrence Cottage an ideal holiday cottage and want to return on a regular basis.
