colour TVs and patio doors onto a balcony from which spectacular sea views
can be enjoyed. There are local shops nearby (100yds) as well as a footpath
to the sandy beach at Dawlish Warren (3/4 mile) or to the centre of Dawlish
(1/2 mile). The resort towns of Torbay and Teignmouth are a short drive and
the historic county town of Exeter just 12 miles.
