Linden Lea Barn is holiday cottage nr Callington Cornwall. This new detached barn conversion has been thoughtfully fitted and furnished to offer excellent quality accommodation for a couple and up to 2 or 3 children. The luxury bathroom on the ground floor includes a double size whirlpool bath as well as a separate shower cubicle and the spacious gallery bedroom has a handcrafted superkingsize bed and space for additional childrens beds. The ground floor living area is open plan with a super modern fitted kitchen. Outside the cottage offers a siting out area and looks over a very large garden which is shared with the owners and is ideal for children to play in lots of space. Situated in the glorious Tamar Valley, Linden Lea is in a fantastic location easily accessible to the South Cornish coastline and lovely countryside closeby.
